Medellín Ember Colombia Coffee – Single-Origin Medium Roast
Rich, vibrant, and quietly complex, Medellín Ember Colombia Coffee brings together notes of dried orange, red berries, and chocolate in a balanced medium roast.
The beans are grown by smallholder farmers in the hills surrounding Medellín, where high elevation and volcanic soil help develop sweetness, structure, and a clean finish. After harvesting, the coffee is fully washed and dried in solar dryers to protect it from the region’s changing weather.
A versatile single-origin coffee that works beautifully as drip coffee, pour-over, French press, or espresso.
